Are you a hopeless RAMEN-tic!!

My husband loves a good bowl of ramen every now and then, and we've made it a mission to find an amazing bowl of ramen. Well we found it!! This hidden gem was found on a random evening and we're so glad we stubbled upon it. Don't let the size full you, it may be a small place but it was so full of flavor, hospitality and warmth. We went late in the evening and we were fortunate enough to meet the owner. Such a wonderful and humble man. You can taste the work and love that was put into each and every dish on the menu. We also learned that the location was in jeopardy and unfortunately on September of 2023 they officially permanently closed their location. But we found out that their food will also be at Naked-Fish sushi and grill and Omakase Kyara Sake Bar. So if you didn't the opportunity to try it at their previous location you now have 2 new spots. We opted for the classic Tonkatsu Ramen and I opted for a veggie ramen which was full of veggies. When I tell you that these bowls were massive, they were so large that both my husband and I could barely finish them and we are a couple that like to eat! I also typically get dessert but this time there was no room for that. We made plans to visit the new areas of course in the coming weeks since it's getting a little cold in the dessert.
