626 Moonlit Market: An Evening of Culinary Delights

The original and largest Asian-inspired night market that began in 2012. Named after the 626 area code in region of the San Gabriel Valley, this food festival includes, arts, music, entertainment and of course food! It's a great opportunity to meet with friends and socialize. This food fest made it's way towards the dessert of Las Vegas.

This lovely gathering was located at the parking lot at Palms Resort and Casino. Just take the opportunity to park in the parking structure for Palms Casino and walk over towards the area. Tickets were free, just make sure to go through the process on the website. This was the first event in Las Vegas, so they only had a little over a two dozen food options and music was playing through a local radio station. It looked small, but then again this was the first event in Las Vegas. I hope that the more frequent they come out that they will have more food vendors. We did indulge in a twirling potato seasoned with your choice of cheese. We also grabbed some Hawaiian shaved iced and tried some Lobster rolls!! Be prepared to spend some money as a lot of the food options are not something that you can get at any restaurant.

Definitely an experience worth trying with a group of friends!
